Powder coating is one of the best ways to revitalise your vehicle's wheels.

We can offer you a full refurbishment service for any type of car and motorcycle wheels.

The original coating is removed by chemical stripping and bead blasting. This leaves a clean and smooth, surface ready for repairs and re-coating.

We will dress and reprofile kerb damage wherever possible.

After any repairs are carried out, the wheels are preheated to remove any contamination and oxidation. We then apply the customers chosen colour from our vast range

The finish coat and lacquer is then cured at 180°C – 200°C.

Although the coating is not indestructible it is excellent at withstanding stone chipping and weathering. Also, because we coat the entire wheel, brake dust is easily cleaned from the surface
