Valves 

We have been providing valve coating services to the offshore industries for many years.

We cover all types and sizes (ball, butterfly, and gate etc.) Valve materials range from carbon, duplex and stainless steel.

Offering coatings for new or refurbishment, we can prepare and repaint the valves to most offshore specifications e.g. Epoxy Coatings, Three Coat and Glassflake.

On receipt, the valves are visually inspected (any defects are highlighted to the customer.)

Prior to blasting, the valves are degreased and masked using cloth tape and silicon sealer.

After surface preparation, the masking is removed and visually inspected, re-masked then coatings are applied as per customer specification and thickness.

After final coating and curing the valves are de-masked, fully inspected and coating thickness measured. If required by the customer, a coating report is issued.
